fifteen Victorian Slide Boxes for my Tea?
A. Absolutely,
the minimum order for bonbon unique favors is ten.
Q. Can
I order blossoming branches with different color almonds rather
than all one color?
A. Yes,
you can choose any favor color or combination of colors that we offer.
Q. Are
the almonds on the branch favors edible?
A. Yes,
in fact they are fresh and delicious. Please remember that the
foil must be removed from the silver and gold Jordan Almond favors before
consuming.
Q. We
are hosting a corporate function and would like to put our own
gift in the boxes for our guests.
A. Yes,
if you have an item you wish to place in a favor box we will provide
the finished favor boxes and ribbon separately. Please note the
dimensions of the boxes to ensure that your gift will fit. We
will also deduct $1.00 per box.
Q. I
am having a wedding reception for two hundred people in two months. Will
you be able to provide favors for the reception?
A. Yes, our
business is seasonal, (spring, summer, winter, fall) therefore there are months with a large volume
of orders. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate
your order.
Q. I
live in Newport Beach and wanted to know if you have any favors
I can see in person prior to ordering?
A. Yes,
we have favor samples of all our creations for you to view in person. We
can bring samples for you to view if you live in the Orange County,
CA. area. Please contact us for an appointment.
Q. If
I place an order for favors and my event is cancelled, do I receive
a refund on my deposit?
A. Refunds can only be made if we have not yet started
production on your personalized favors. Once we receive approval
of your sample we immediately begin production of your favors.
Q. What
are the oval hang tags for?
A. The
oval hang tags are to allow you to personalize your Blossoming
Branch Favor as there is no room on them for any other type of personalization.
Q. I
received the sample favor for my order. How long do I have
to contact you with my order?
A. You
have three business days after you receive your sample favor to
contact us. This is to allow us sufficient time to complete
your order.
Q. I
received my sample and I would like to make some changes. Can
I receive another sample with the changes?
A. We
will send only one sample per order. If you wish, we will
email a photo of your sample with the requested changes.
Q. Can
I order two different styles of favors for my wedding reception?
A. Yes,
as long as your total order is a minimum of ten favors.
Q. Do I get to keep my favor "sample" or is it part of my total
quantity ordered?
A. Every customer will receive a sample of their "ordered style",
so that they can be 100% satisfied with their decision. Upon receiving
it, you have 3 business days to contact us with approval, changes,
or cancellation of your order. The sample you receive is our FREE
gift to you, if your order is completed. If, at this time, you wish
to cancel your order, a refund will be made in full, excluding $10.00
(for materials, labor & shipping).
Q. Do you offer delivery options other than postal shipping?
A. Yes, if you live within 20 miles of the city of
Huntington Beach, CA and would like personal delivery, select “personal
delivery ” on your order form, and please contact us to advise
that you prefer “personal delivery” rather than postal
shipping. You will be charged the "standard shipping" rate
for personal delivery.
Q. I would like to use your favors as a "Thank You" gift-May I contact
you for a SPECIAL REQUEST (change) on one particular style?
A. Please feel free to contact us for a SPECIAL FAVOR REQUEST on any of
our favor styles before ordering, as we want you to be 100% satisfied
